This week I've been trying to re-stock some of my make-up collection as I keep finding empty bottle after empty bottle. Whilst browsing A LOT of new products that I really can't afford this close to Christmas, I decided I would just re-fill my necessities or 'favourites', as other people say, and share what they are with you all. It just so handily happens, that they're all from MAC this time around, relieving me of shipping costs. ![]() MAC PREP N PRIME This primer is basically a part of me, I use this every single day and on those days when I don't want to put on a full face of make-up I often just use this alone or apply a BB Cream over the top. Among all the MAC products I buy, this is the one I get every single time I visit as I often suffer from oily skin, this product seems to absorb all of the oil and really calms my skin down, creating a perfect base. This costs £21 and I'd happily set up a direct debit, I'm yet to try another MAC primer as this one is absolutely perfect for me. ![]() MAC STUDIO WATERWEIGHT This was the first bottle I have tried of this foundation and fell deeply in love with it after applying it for the first time (and if you seen my first blog you'll know I'm a huge fan of the built-in 'eyedropper' type applicator), this bottle has only just run out and I'm very relieved that my next bottle is on the way. As you all know it's that time of year where our skin is feeling very dry and needing some TLC, so wearing an extremely thick foundation is the last thing you want to do, which is what made me opt for MAC Studio Waterweight the first time round. The durable, flawless, 24 hour results are, in my opinion, worth what you pay for the bottle of foundation, I highly recommend this to anyone with dry and/or sensitive skin. At £25.50 This does cost a little more than your average high-end foundation, but you will feel the weight being lifted from your face. ![]() MAC STUDIO FIX POWDER I am 100% positive when I say I'm not the only person that is addicted to MAC Studio Fix powder. A finishing powder is one of the most important parts of keeping your face perfect all day long. You can contour, blend, and apply more mascara as often as you like, but if you don't lock in your foundation with a good powder, it's all going to melt. It feels like it took me forever and a day to discover MAC Studio Fix powder. This products absorbs all the oils on your face whilst still allowing your skin to breathe, it also comes with a handy applicator sponge so you can top up throughout the day without caking all your make-up. I most often use this product on top of a foundation for that 'extra coverage' matte effect, though it can also be used alone on your skin as a foundation for those not-so important days. This is another pure necessity for me and costs around £22, though this lasts me around 3 to 4 months. Thank you all for taking the time to read this blog, please let me know 3 of your beauty necessities!
