Everybody has a favourite, whether it be a product, a tool or even a TV show. This week I'm telling you my ALL-TIME favourite Make-Up brushes that are simply a MUST in your Make-Up Collection. I'll name the types of brushes below along with my favourite brand for that particular brush.
STIPPLING BRUSH (MAC 187)
The stippling brush has been one of my all-time favourites High School, hence why it is at the very top of our list. A lot of people love using these for creme blushes or bronzers but I personally think this is a brilliant tool for achieving the perfect foundation. The bristles are so soft, feeling extremely dense at the base opening up into a more flexible yet sturdy shape, using a foundation with a slightly thinner consistency whilst pairing it with circular motions of the brush, you're guaranteed to get that full coverage WOW-FACTOR!
FAN BRUSH (MORPHE G23)
Finding this brush was an absolute nightmare but I absolutely knew with all my heart it would become my holy grail of brushes! If you've seen my Video's you probably already know that this comes out with the Highlighters. The sparse, wide spread bristles are absolutely perfect for gliding those intense highlighters up & across the cheek bones, making blending an absolute breeze.
LARGE POWDER BRUSH (MAC 150)
When you're putting so much money, time & effort into looking completely flawless you need a fabulous brush to set your face, making sure nothing is going to run leaving you looking like a HOT MESS! Finding the perfect large powder brush is a little more challenging than it seems, a lot that I have tried seem to spread bristles all over my face. Nothing can compare to the MAC 150, a beautiful large, unbelievably soft brush that cleans up like a charm and transforms your face from oily to matte in seconds. If you're going to invest in a high-end makeup brush, make sure it's this one!
BLENDING FLUFFY BRUSH (MORPHE M218)
Eye shadow brushes can be tricky, especially when you're using so many of them in one look. Though I've found that this fluffy blending brush is so versatile it can be used for almost anything, working colour into the crease, buffing out, applying colour to the lid and of course, blending. This brush is rounded and extremely fluffy to help get that air-brushed effect, I love this one so much I bought 2 extras so I can use them for multiple things within the same Makeup Look.
Those are all my current MUST-HAVE Makeup Brushes. Helping create these fabulous, flawless transformations day after day.
Let me know your favourite brushes below or if you prefer anything other than what I've listed.
Thanks for reading you lovely bunch.
See you next Sunday,
